At Axzen Co, we are committed to offering high-quality activewear and accessories designed for athletes and individuals who lead an active lifestyle. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at axzenco@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll send you the return instructions and address. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at axzenco@gmail.com with a photo and description. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items / Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (items with custom text, special colors, or unique designs requested by the
customer)

- Perishable goods, beauty products, or hazardous materials

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your return request.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified if your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card processors may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at axzenco@gmail.com.
